Our emerging proposals will create 24 high-quality new homes at 191 Church Road and the adjoining land. The scheme includes a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, together with private gardens and balconies.

The design takes inspiration from the varied character of the surrounding area, including nearby homes on Church Road, Lilliput Avenue and at Sarah Court. A combination of pitched and flat roofs, carefully positioned balconies and attractive landscaping will help the new development sit comfortably within its surroundings.

The proposals also include a secure storage for 38 bicycles. Clear and accessible entrances will be provided for residents, visitors and pedestrians.
